JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an innovative and data-driven Social Strategist to join our on-site team. This role will involve developing and executing social media strategies, managing online communities, and creating engaging content. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices for community management and content creation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage and grow online communities across various social media platforms, fostering meaningful interactions and relationships with followers.
  • Create and edit social media content, including short-form videos and graphics, using tools like CapCut.
  • Analyze social media performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and technologies to keep strategies fresh and innovative.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and paid media, to ensure cohesive and effective social media campaigns.
  • Monitor and respond to social media interactions, ensuring timely and appropriate engagement with audiences.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Social Strategist, Community Manager, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) and the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with content creation tools, especially CapCut, for video editing.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
