Position Summary:

The Creative Strategist at Recess Studios will play a pivotal role in developing and executing innovative strategies that drive brand engagement and growth. This role is for a creative visionary who combines strategic thinking, rigorous analysis, creative writing and researched insight to craft compelling brand narratives that captivate audiences and elevate our clients' brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic creative concepts that align with client objectives and drive brand engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and producers, to ensure cohesive execution of creative strategies.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic direction.
  • Create and deliver impactful presentations that clearly communicate creative strategies and concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Craft compelling copy for various channels including digital, print, social media, and more to support creative strategies.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in technology, media, and culture, and leverage these insights to inform creative strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic guidance to ensure project alignment with business goals.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of creative strategies, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in developing and executing creative strategies that drive brand engagement and growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate research and data into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and copywriting skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Innate curiosity and a passion for creativity, with a willingness to challenge the status quo and push creative boundaries.
  • Deep understanding of current and emerging trends in technology, media, and culture, and their impact on brand strategy.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a creative role within a dynamic agency environment.
  • Extensive experience in brand strategy or a related field within an agency setting, with a track record of developing strategic initiatives that deliver impactful results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas effectively to a variety of stakeholders.
  • A strategic thinker with a keen understanding of how creativity influences business outcomes.
