JOB OVERVIEW
Experiential Producers supervise and coordinate all aspects of from conception to execution. Producers are the go-to resource for both client and internal teams. They are the holders of knowledge for their open projects, the main point of contact for team leads, external vendors and for the client while onsite. Their primary responsibilities are developing executable plans, overseeing production schedules, managing production budgets and managing external vendors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all production aspects including vendor onboarding, timeline, budget and project management to ensure all tasks are completed on time and on budget from conception to execution
- Manage onsite duties for activations + builds (depending on scope)
- Develop relationships with production partners and continuously expand production network
- Develop and manage production schedule based on a project deadline and required checkpoints along the way
- Organize internal + external meetings by establishing an agenda in collaboration with cross functional teams - take detailed notes in client meetings and turn them into action items in follow-up communication.
- Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, and status reports.
- Develop project plan, production schedule and project budget that meet client's requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Expert level understanding of the creative process : inclusive of, design + build production
- Expert level understanding of problem solving and task management
- Expert level understanding of retail activation process from concept through takedown
- Can manage multimodal budgets
- Confident and composed in navigating various client and vendor relationships with grace
- Thorough understanding of material costs, labor costs, permitting procedures, and production timelines
- 4+ years of proven event production experience required
- Extremely detail oriented
- Strong project + budget management skills with proven ability to lead teams
- Is experienced with basic cloud-based information sharing platforms, i.e. GSuite, Dropbox
